Director Infrastructure Planning & Project Planning Management

- Lead the development and implementation of health infrastructure policies, laws, and regulations. - Manage the development of the Ministry’s Capital Development Plan and Annual Public Sector Investment Programme. - Evaluate the Productivity and Sustainability Improvement Plan (PSIP) and suggest policy direction. - Oversee infrastructure planning, development, upgrading, and upkeep of health facilities. - Coordinate stakeholder engagement with Government, Private Sector, and Civil Society. - Manage drafting, signing, and implementation of agreements on behalf of the Ministry. - Authorize project plans and frameworks that comply with health infrastructure policies, laws, and regulations. - Report on infrastructure development progress and monitor departmental performance. - Coordinate logistics, transport procurement, maintenance, and management. - Monitor quality and progress of construction and commissioning of all facilities.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent • Relevant Master’s Degree • Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management is an added advantage • At least 2 years’ working experience as Deputy Director in the relevant field
