Job Summary
To lead the designing, implementation, and oversight of Workforce and program performance management systems within the Health Service Commission and the Health Service.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement workforce and program performance management frameworks and systems.
• Oversee integration of performance management with strategic planning and reporting.
• Lead and supervise teams responsible for system development and implementation.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure system functionality, security, and adaptability.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with governance, reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science or related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Health or related field.
• At least 6 years working experience as Deputy Manager or equivalent in a relevant field.
Skills Required
• Experience in systems development or performance management.
• Understanding of public sector performance frameworks.
• Proficiency in data systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
